Cookies
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar (plus additional sugar for
flattening cookies)
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt

2 Tbsp. milk

Het
oven to 375°F. In bowl of electrc mixer beat butter, 1/2 cup sugar and almond
extract until light and fluffy. Add flour and salt and beat until combined.
