Paulie Pick Pasta with
a Kick
4 cloves garlic,
minced
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. red
pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. hot Italian
sausage
8 oz. pasta
1 cup shredded
cheese
1/4 cup grated
Parmesan cheese
Place vegetables and
garlic in center of large foil sheet.
Sprinkle with pepper flakes and salt; drizzle with oil. Fold over ends to create closed packet.
Place packet on
grill heated to medium-low alongside Italian sausage. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning sausage
occasionally, until vegetables are tender and sausage is cooked through; slice
sausage. Meanwhile, cook pasta as
directed.
Toss vegetables,
pasta and sausage in large serving bowl.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
