JERSEY SQUABBLE Shrimp Dip
Bold and spicy, just like Governor Christie!
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup thawed, rinsed, drained and chopped salad shrimp
3 green onions, thinly
sliced
2 cloves garlic,
minced
2 small chipotle
chilies in adobo sauce, minced
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. lime zest
Beat cream cheese until fluffy in medium bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate
1 hour before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Note:
Salad shrimp are tiny, frozen cooked shrimp.
Tip:
Just as good with reduced fat mayonnaise and cream cheese.
