Tropical Watermelon Tale Tipples
Makes 12 servings
A few of these and you'll believe just about anything!
A few of these and you'll believe just about anything!
3 cups pureed fresh seedless watermelon (about one-fourth of a whole melon)
2 cups coconut-flavored rum
3 cups ice
1 liter chilled
lemon-lime soda
Stir together
watermelon, rum and ice in 2 qt. pitcher.
Pour into glasses;
top with soda. Serve with straws and
watermelon slice garnish.
Note:
Use 2/3 cup watermelon-rum mixture and 1/3 cup soda for each serving.
For more intoxicating "tipples", increase rum to 2-1/2 or 3 cups.
