Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter-Cream Cheese Frosting
Makes 24 cupcakes
6 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. milk
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
Prepare cake mix as directed, substituting
buttermilk for the water and melted butter for the oil. Bake as directed on package
for 24 cupcakes. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla and milk until well blended. Gradually blend in sugar.
Frost cupcakes with peanut butter frosting.
